European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Flauraud, a French retailer of automotive parts and equipment, announced a plan to cut 120 jobs and close 9 stores, including those in Aubière, Clermont Le Brézet, Aurillac, Moulins, and Vichy. The measures stem from an economic protection plan (PSE) introduced by Fair Cap following its acquisition of the group, aiming to streamline operations and achieve cost savings.
