Description

Amazon, the Italian subsidiary of the global e-commerce giant Amazon.com, announced the creation of 1,000 permanent jobs at its new distribution hub in Jesi, in the province of Ancona, Marche, Italy. The logistics centre will open in early 2026 and will begin recruiting in April 2026, with an initial salary of €1,914 per month for warehouse operators, hired with a permanent contract. The expansion aims to strengthen Amazon’s presence in the region. The project involves setting up a state-of-the-art fulfilment facility next to the Interporto, with plans to train staff through Amazon’s Career Choice programme.
