European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
El Sistema de Emergencias Médicas (SEM), a Spanish public emergency service, announced 117 new technical positions as part of its expansion in Catalunya. The new permanent contracts will commence on 15/04/2026 and run until 30/06/2026, covering the Terres de l'Ebre region and the remaining ten health regions.
