Description

The Czech state plans to expand employment at the Ministry of Defence. The Czech Republic will recruit around 1,540 new staff for the armed forces and security services, creating new military and security-related positions in the Czech Republic.

The expansion is driven by government priorities to strengthen public services and security, alongside increased demand in areas such as defence, policing, and public administration. Additionally, 5,460 workers will be recruited in the Givernment.

In total, the Czech state is expected to employ around 482,300 people in 2021 across public administration, education, security forces, and other state services.
