Description

Manoir France, a manufacturer of cast and forged metal parts for the energy industry, plans to recruit 50 new employees in Pîtres in 2025.

Following its takeover by the British group Paralloy, the company has become more efficient and increased their activity and revenue. Indeed, the group invested €6 million in 2024. Growth is supported by rising demand in nuclear, defence and energy-related activities, as well as diversification towards new export markets such as the Middle East and India, partly offsetting weaker petrochemical demand in Europe and North America. French nuclear activities represent a potentially growing market.

In 2026, Manoir France will recruit a further 30 employees, increasing their total workforce to 500 by 2027. These will include positions in radiology, maintenance, welding, centrifugation, and foundry work. Several of these roles are difficult to fill due to the shortages of workers, encouraging the development of in-house training.
