Description
Aero Alliance, a company operating in the aerospace and energy maintenance sector, has announced the creation of around 100 new jobs at its new production unit in Mesagne, Apulia. Located in the former Ferrero industrial site, the new facility will focus on the repair and maintenance of aeronautical and aeroderivative turbine components, with operational activities scheduled to commence in June 2026.
A €32 million investment is driving the creation of these jobs, with the aim of strengthening the company’s industrial presence in Italy and expanding its technical capabilities, mainly through the recruitment of specialised technical and engineering profiles. Most of the new roles will be permanent and full-time, and the company plans to hire mainly local workers, including young people who have been trained through partnerships with technical schools and training centres.
Aero Alliance is a 50:50 joint venture, established in 2019 by GE Vernova and Baker Hughes
