European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Macif Group plans to recruit 1,600 new employees in 2026. Of these, 1,156 positions will be offered on permanent contracts (CDI), and more than 200 through apprenticeship schemes. The recruitment drive mainly aims to strengthen service quality for members. The most sought-after profiles are in sales and claims management, as well as specialised functions such as actuarial services, finance, IT, legal affairs, compliance, marketing and human resources.
In 2022 the company had 8,956 employees and after two large restructuring events: Macif 2023 - FR and Macif 2025 - FR, the headcount reached 12,000.
