European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
A NordicEPOD, a company within the CTS Group specialising in the production of components for data centres, has begun recruiting 500 professionals. Selected candidates will take part in specialised training programmes in Norway. Recruitment will take place in phases, in line with the progress of the construction works, which are expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.
The employment opportunities cover a range of areas and experience levels, including leadership and management, supervision and coordination, operations and assembly, with a particular focus on electrical switchboards, power modules, and prefabricated structures, as well as roles in quality, control, and engineering (process, product, electrical and mechanical). The project emphasises advanced engineering, specialised technical skills and the development of high‑complexity technological solutions
NordicEPOD is seeking both experienced professionals and early-career candidates with a higher education in mechanical or electrical engineering.
