Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Agrolab, a German company specializing in environmental analysis, has begun construction of its first French laboratory in Heudebouville, within Ecoparc 3. The future 5,000 m2 facility is expected to create around 150 jobs including lab technicians, sample preparers, and support staff. This project marks a major step in the German group's expansion in France.
While full operations are planned for the end of 2026, core activities will begin earlier, in early 2026, thanks to a temporary mobile lab. The site will analyze water and soil samples from across France and serve as a technical reference hub for various clients, including decontamination companies, industrial firms, local governments, research units as well as partner laboratories.
