Description

The German glass manufacturer Doering Glass will close its site in Radeburg (Saxony) at the end of November 2025, affecting 120 employees. The company cites the overall economic situation of recent years, rising energy prices, and supply chain issues as reasons for the crisis.

No investor could be found during a restructuring process, and the layoffs have already been announced. An investor is still being sought for the remaining plant in Berlin, which employs 50 people.

Doering Glass is part of CSSP Holding.
