Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

As announced on 8 September 2025, the German IT service provider Ratiodata, a subsidiary of Atruvia, has opened a new IT center in Koblenz (Rhineland-Palatinate). The new site is creating 100 new jobs.
With this new location, the company is responding to rising order volumes and growing demands for modern IT services.
Ratiodata employs 1,500 people across 11 sites in Germany and serves as an IT systems partner to the Cooperative Financial Network of Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken. The parent company Atruvia employs 5,500 people in total.
