Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

The public Danish Agency for Green Land Conversion and Water Environment (SGAV) will lay off approximately 130 employees and managers, representing around 8% of its workforce.
The restructuring is driven by a reduction in funding and the discontinuation of tasks linked to the agricultural agreement, which will take effect around the turn of the year.
SGAV is also contributing to broader public sector efficiency measures outlined in the national work program. The agency will continue to carry out key responsibilities, including those related to the green tripartite agreement.
