Description

Territory, the German content marketing agency owned by Bertelsmann, has announced plans to cut around 100 to 120 jobs in Europe.

In the coming months, the job cuts will affect operations across Germany as well as international offices in Spain, France, Poland, and Hungary Territory 2025 - DE. A social plan and reconciliation of interests have been agreed with the works council.

The agency aims to reorganize its structure to meet the growing demands of the market. The agency business has come under increasing pressure as clients reduce budgets and technological advances, particularly artificial intelligence, make many standardised services more interchangeable.

Territory is one of Germany’s largest content marketing agencies, providing services ranging from PR and content production to marketing strategy. The company employs about 750 people worldwide.
