Description

Otera, a French chain specialising in fresh produce, is opening a new store in Sainte-Eulalie and is said to open another store in the French department "Nord" by the end of the year, expanding its total workforce from 250 to 300.

The company plans to increase its number of stores to 25 to 30 stores by 2027 and to a further 100 by 2032. 800 producers deliver their produce to stores directly without storage. Otera previously focused on premium products, but due to financial issues caused by the reduced purchasing power during the Corona crisis, changed its strategy. It now includes more affordable options that, in combination with its direct delivery model, drive Otera's competitiveness and expansion.
