Description

Hungarian streaming service provider Byborg, a subsidiary of Docler Holding, announced the layoff of 200 employees of its Budapest office, to be implemented in the coming months. The downsizing is set to be completed in the autumn.

The layoff is connected to the pursuit of automation and the increasing reliance on AI tools. In addition to the automation drive, the company faces a negative international economic environment and a contraction of market opportunities, says the management.

The affected employees have already been informed both verbally and in writing.
