Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Toppoint, a company specialising in the production of personalised gadgets, has begun the construction of new premises in Brzezie near Sulechów, where it will employ 600 people. The construction of the new site is linked to the company's growth; the choice of a small town was dictated by the company's preference. Construction has already begun and is expected to be completed in about seven months. People will be employed in a variety of positions. Toppoint was founded in 1928 in the Netherlands, where it is headquartered. It has companies and representative offices in Germany, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Italy and Scandinavia. They have been present in Poland for 25 years. It produces personalised promotional gadgets.
