Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

José de Mello Group - CUF will invest €11 million in the opening of its new clinic in Mafra. This facility will replace the previous clinic, which has been in operation since 2014. As part of this expansion, CUF will recruit 100 additional workers, bringing the total workforce to 230 professionals.
The President of CUF’s Executive Committee described the opening as a significant step in the group’s strategy to expand and strengthen its national network.
The new clinic is equipped with 19 consultation rooms and three examination rooms. CUF Mafra will provide a diverse set of specialties, including Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Gynaecology‑Obstetrics, Otorrinolaringology, Cardiology and Paediatrics.
