Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Irish fintech company Fenergo is creating 300 new jobs at its headquarters in Dublin over the next three years. The new jobs in Ireland will see the company double its headcount in the country. The business expansion will also see an additional 200 new jobs created internationally.
Hiring for the new roles has already begun and will include roles in software engineering, AI engineering positions and product managers, artificial intelligence and data. Fenergo is also recruiting for mid-level positions as well as 30 graduate roles.
