Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Schaeffler, a manufacturer of rolling element bearings, is building a centre in Ujazd noce that will employ around 400 people. The Eastern European Regional Distribution and Picking Centre is to play a key role in the company's spare parts supply chain; the investment will increase distribution capabilities and support our growth plans. The centre is expected to be operational in the first quarter of 2026 and will create approximately 400 jobs.
Schaeffler manufactures components and systems for engines, transmissions and chassis, as well as rolling and plain bearing solutions for a wide range of industrial applications; it exists in 55 countries.
