Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

N2J Soft, a fintech startup based in France, has announced plans to hire 100 new employees in Europe over the next two years.
Around 75% of the new roles will be based in France, with the remainder spread across other European countries, including Germany, Italy, Spain, and the Benelux region. The company is looking for developers, consultants, marketing staff, and administrative personnel. Many positions offer remote work, with in-office attendance required only once per quarter.
The company, which develops expense management and HR software, is expanding rapidly following a new growth capital investment from U.S.-based FTV Capital.
N2J Soft, founded in 2015, has grown from 50 to 160 employees since 2023 and currently operates in 92 countries with over 18,000 client companies and more than 800,000 users.
