Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Stryker Poland Manufacturing, a medical device company, has expanded its plant in Skawina, where it plans to employ an additional 750 people.
The new plant will act as a centre for advanced manufacturing technology and will play a key role in the global supply chain strategy. Employment at the plant currently stands at 250, but is expected to increase to 1,000 due to the expansion. The investment was made with tax support under the Polish Investment Zone programme. Stryker Poland Manufacturing belongs to the American company Stryker, which produces medical devices and equipment.
