The recruitment targets diverse profiles from entry-level candidates to experienced automotive professionals, including sales specialists, mechanics, and logistics experts.
The company employs approximately 6,300 people across 22 European countries and sold around 690,000 vehicles in 2024, representing 18% growth compared to 2023
