Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

CONET, a German IT full-service provider, has announced plans to create up to 400 new jobs worldwide in 2025. Recruitment will happened in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Croatia, and Spain.
The expansion is part of their ongoing growth strategy, HORIZON28. The company continues to expand its units across Europe despite a challenging economic environment. The new positions will strengthen key areas such as defence and public sector digital transformation. The company has restructured its operations around six service areas and three core sectors—automotive, public, and defence—alongside growth industries like finance, manufacturing, and energy.
Headquartered in Bonn, Germany, CONET operates 17 locations across Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Croatia, Spain) and supports digital projects for both private and public sector clients. The company employs about 2,000 people worldwide.
