Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

ManpowerGroup, an American multinational company specialising in human resources and temporary work, is set to hire 200 new highly-qualified employees over the next three years. At the Choose France Summit, the company announced an investment of 200 million euros. This will enable one of its three brands, Talent Solutions, to create 30 agencies and 200 jobs. The group is also establishing an AI HR Hub at its French headquarters in Paris, focused on applying AI to human ressources. Several partnerships with start-ups and research institutes will be developed to create new experts in artificial intelligence.
