Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

FM Logistics, a company that operates logistics platforms and warehouses, will hire 250 workers in Nangis (Seine-et-Marne) in 2025 and 2026. One hundred workers will be recruited in November 2025 when the first unit of its new site Zac of Nangisactipôle will open. The second wave of hirings will take place in February 2026 when the second unit opens. The region has invested 3,5 million euros in the site of 13 hectares.
