Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

The Cetih group has announced on the 22nd of May 2025, the liquidation of its subsidiary Koov, which specialises in energy renovation and photovoltaic panels with various activities such as carpentry, insulation, ventilation, heating, and solar solutions.
This decision will mark the closure of 106 jobs across the 9 agencies of the company, which are situated in: Vannes, Rennes, Quimper-Brest, Nantes, Cholet, Laval, Rouen, Orléans, et Clermont-Ferrand. The affected positions: agency managers, technical directors, technicians, installers, sales teams, sales administration department and customer advisors. Despite an active search for buyers, no offers have been successful. However, a partial takeover offer for two agencies is under consideration. Officially, the group is committed to supporting its employees in their job search.
