Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Verisure will create 300 new jobs in Italy during 2025, expanding its workforce as the security systems multinational continues its growth in the country. The recruitment plan will increase the company's Italian team to approximately 3,000 employees, maintaining its average annual growth of 300 staff members since 2021.
The positions include alarm system maintenance technicians, customer service telephone consultants, and commercial advisors. Candidates without experience are welcome to apply, as the company offers structured training programs and mentoring for new talent.
Recruitment events will begin in May 2025, with seven dedicated hiring days scheduled across Italy, including sessions in Rome, Florence, Venice, Bologna, and Milan. A special recruitment day for protected categories will take place at the company's Rome headquarters on June 26
