Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

The Dutch food delivery company has announced that it is creating 300 jobs as part of its expansion in the north of France. Picnic needs 150 delivery drivers as well as 150 order preparers. The delivery positions are offered on permanent or student contracts (part-time) and they require a driving license. Moreover, the order preparers' positions are full-time and permanent. The company is also looking for five team leaders ("captains"). To apply, candidates must have a taste for contact and communication and physical abilities to lift loads for certain positions.
