Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Greenvolt Next France specialises in the design, construction, management, and maintenance of decentralised renewable energy systems, including photovoltaic installations for rooftops, ground and carport systems, and agrivoltaic projects. It announced on the 27th of March 2025 the recruitment of 100 employees to support its goal of installing 125 MW of capacity by 2028 in Lyon. It will be backed by a planned investment of 50 million euros. The company set up its industrial hub in Lyon, where it recently installed its French offices, marking a significant step into the decentralised renewable energy market in this region.
