Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

PKP Remtrak, a rail car repair company, intends to hire an additional 200 people at its plant in Opole. The reason is the growing needs in the wagon fleet of PKP Intercity, the rail service company. The new recruitment is expected to last until the end of 2025; among others, locksmiths, welders, electricians, and body assemblers will be hired. PKP Intercity Remtrak, formerly Zakład Usług Taborowych “REMTRAK”, operating since 1999, is a company specialising in repairs of passenger transport rail carts and locomotives. It has facilities in Libiszów, Warsaw and Opole.
