Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Thales Group, a French-based global technology leader group, has announced the recruitment of 3,000 apprentices and trainees in France, of which around 25% will subsequently be hired on permanent or fixed-term contracts in 2025. This decision is in line with the group's expansion dynamic, which translated into the employment of more than 30,000 employees between 2022-2024. The group invests massively in a worldwide program of skills development - Learning company. It also possesses 13 academic fields and 18 trade academies.
A previous recruitment announcement for 4000 employees in 2022 was recorded in the ERM databaseThales 2022 - FR
