Maxi-Zoo, the French subsidiary of the German group Fressnapf, the market leader of pet supplies in Europe has announced the recruitment of 350 employees all over France in 2025. This decision is motivated by the expansion of the company with the foreseen opening of 60 new stores this year. The jobs are offered in sales, pet shop advice, and store management. The company worked on attracting new talents by redesigning its website, creating videos to explain the different job positions. It also has its own integrated training academy to ensure the learning and skills development of employees from the moment they arrive.
